The safety and environment department of Wanna Shenhe Holding Group Co., Ltd. carried out safety activities around the "4.6" safety production day. The theme of this activity was "Anti-habitual Violations."
The Ministry of Security and the Qinshan Project Department held a monthly safety meeting and a special theme meeting on the "4.6" Safety Production Day at the Qinshan site on April 2, 2019. The meeting was chaired by He Haisheng.
The meeting will study the following aspects:
1. Announce and explain the report on the "3.7" high-fall accident of the Shanghai Science and Technology Park Project, elaborate the time, place, cause, casualties and subsequent treatment of the accident, etc., and analyze the defects and loopholes of the contractor's safety management;
2. Learn the "12 · 3" contractor drowning accident at Changjiang Nuclear Power Plant again;
3. Organize preaching and training on "Anti-habitual Violation Case Study Materials (Phase 1)", meanwhile, expand and extend the recent nuclear power plant violation cases to strengthen the knowledge of employees' safety theory;
4. Explain recent cases of domestic security accidents: "Explosion of Chemical Plant in Xiangshui County, Yancheng, Jiangsu", "Fire Incident in Liangshan, Sichuan", "Fire Accident in Taixing Chemical Plant in Jiangsu", "Machinan Chemical Plant Explosion in Anhui", "Kunshan, Jiangsu" "Chemical Factory Explosion", etc., in particular, an analysis of the bombing of Xiangshui Chemical Plant in Yancheng, Jiangsu. The accident killed 78 people and injured more than 600 people. The impact was extremely significant and profound, especially the subsequent decision of the Jiangsu Municipal Government to completely shut down Xiangshui Chemical In the park, this policy has a huge impact on the entire chemical industry. Our nuclear power industry and nuclear power contractor units must also learn from this matter, keep in mind their own safety problems and deficiencies, strengthen safety management, and improve the safety awareness of on-site personnel, which is the top priority of safety work.
After the meeting, the Ministry of Environment and Safety will organize the following three action items:
1. Require all administrators and team leaders to organize all members to sign the "Safety Notification Letter";
2. Prepare the second period of learning materials for anti-habit violations;
3. Each item shall check the wear of employees' labor protection supplies, especially whether the seat belt is within the validity period, whether it is regularly checked, whether the components are complete, whether there is no shortage, and whether there is no damage (hooks, metal accessories, ropes, etc.)
