After two months of theoretical and practical training, the company organized the personnel of Jiaxing Hengchuang Power Service Project on April 10 to conduct a practical test at the training base of Haiyancheng North Substation. The subjects of this practical exam are the installation and disassembly of a single crossbar. At 9 am, the exam started smoothly. Candidates complete the examination subjects one by one in a set of two, as assistants and safety officers to each other. Candidates follow the operating procedures for pole-mounting. Before boarding the pole, first check whether safety tools such as seat belts, buckles, hard hats are damaged and within the validity period. Check whether the buried depth of the pole meets the requirements, whether the pole tower is inclined, and whether the pole is longitudinal. And transverse cracks, check whether the name and number of the tower are correct, and perform an impact test on the foot buckle before the pole is officially mounted. During the process of ascending the pole and installing and disassembling the cross-arms, the trainees calmed down, responded carefully, the operation was clear, and the movements were proficient, ensuring that the cross-arms were installed at the designated positions according to requirements, and the cross-arms were level, safe and reliable. After the practical exercises on the pole, the three examiners communicated with the candidates in a timely manner, pointed out the irregular movements and provided guidance, and emphasized that the seat belt must be used high and low, and must not violate the rules. The invigilator teacher asked the basic theoretical questions to further understand the knowledge of the candidates, and finally based on whether the candidates' operations were standardized and the time to complete the operations, they were able to score objectively and fairly. Although the temperature has plummeted today, everyone can feel the coolness at the test site, but the proctor and each student take it seriously and do their part to ensure the smooth running of the test.
This test is a test of our training results, and the test results will be used as an important basis for job grading. This practical exam helps candidates to fill in gaps, further improve their business skills, and lays a solid foundation for our standardized work in the future.
Successful completion of high-voltage electrical certification
In order to ensure that each student of the Jiaxing Hengchuang Power Service Project of the group company can master the necessary knowledge and skills of high-voltage in the power system and successfully hold the certificate, the company has organized the collection of high-voltage electrical certificates for this project since March 20. The high pressure forensics work is divided into professional theoretical training and practical training.
In order to facilitate the smooth implementation of the forensics work, the company specially arranged power training teachers to give lectures in the model school of Haiyan Power Supply Company. The main content of the theoretical training is the basic knowledge necessary for high-voltage electrician employment, common electrical instruments and transformers, three-phase power distribution transformers, high-voltage power distribution devices and high-voltage electrical appliances, relay protection, electrical lines, switching operation, safe power consumption, Parallel capacitors, electrical equipment failures, and accident handling. The practical training is divided into installation and operation, the main contents are power line replacement, line insulator installation, busbar power failure operation, transformer power failure operation, and so on.
After the theoretical training and practical training, the trainees used the time after class to carefully review the question bank, ask questions to each other, and conduct mock tests on small programs such as the "safety production qualification examination" to check for missing and fill in gaps. On March 31, the company organized a high-voltage electrician's verification test at the power company's labor model school. The practical subjects are electric shock first aid (cardiopulmonary resuscitation method), power outage operation of power distribution lines, pull-down drop fuses, and use of fire extinguishing equipment. The theoretical exam was completed in the morning of April 3 at Haiyan TV University. All 26 trainees have successfully passed the practical and theoretical examinations.
The training and evidence collection enabled each trainee to further improve their business skills, deepen their understanding of basic knowledge such as power system lines and substations, and played a positive role in improving on-site safety management and regulating electrical work. The work laid a solid foundation and provided a reliable guarantee for achieving safe production.
