In order to implement the requirements of the “Outline of the National Mid- and Long-term Talent Development Plan (2010-2020)” and comprehensively improve the overall quality of the enterprise's skilled talent team, upon application by the company and review by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, our company was appointed The general manager Wang Chaorui took the lead and combined with relevant functional departments, set up an independent evaluation team for enterprise talents, and planned to conduct independent evaluations of some of our high-skilled personnel. And according to the relevant requirements, the evaluation system was improved, the evaluation personnel were determined, the evaluation plan was written, the training time was arranged, the evaluation standards were formulated, and the evaluation arrangements were made. Later, after contacting with the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the training school for many times, the examination time, assessment content, and scoring standards were determined.

On November 5, the most important item for the independent evaluation of high-skilled talents of the group company-the "personnel skills assessment" (including theoretical examinations and practical operation examinations) was completed, which also marked that this work has entered the final comprehensive review stage.


At the evaluation site, Director Gu Hua of Jiaxing Vocational Ability Construction Office, Director Li Furong of Jiaxing Vocational Skills Appraisal Management Center, Deputy Secretary of Feng Feng of Haiyan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Social Security Bureau of Haiyan Human Resources. Relevant experts and leaders from the Capacity Building Division, Haiyan County Vocational and Adult Education Training Center, Haiyan County Polytechnic School, etc. came to the site to guide the work, and combined with this talent evaluation work, put forward requirements and suggestions. In addition, the independent evaluation also received the media's attention. Haiyan TV conducted a follow-up interview on the independent evaluation process. There are two levels of senior workers and technicians, involving four majors including lifting industry, maintenance electrician, mechanic fitter, and thermal instrument repairman.
