    The level of nuclear power pollutant emissions is extremely low. The carbon emission level of nuclear power is only about 1% of thermal power and does not produce high pollutants such as sulfide, nitrogen oxides and dust, which can prevent the generation of haze from the source. Nuclear power is the most efficient and stable power generation method in clean energy.


Compared with hydropower, nuclear power is relatively less constrained by geographical conditions, and the supply of nuclear fuel is relatively sufficient, so it is not restricted by the scale of expansion. Compared with wind and solar power generation, its power generation has the highest stability and efficiency, and it will not cause the security and stability of the power grid due to large-scale grid connection.


Nuclear power has high safety, and accidents are only incidents with small probability. Up to now, nearly 250 nuclear power reactors have been put into operation in China. Only a small number of accidents have occurred, and the proportion of accidents is extremely low. With the improvement of technology, the safety factor has also gradually increased. From a cost-benefit perspective, developing nuclear power is extremely cost-effective. After the safety inspection after the Fukushima nuclear accident, the pace of China's nuclear power advancement has accelerated in the past two years, and it is expected that China's nuclear power development will be a matter for the next few years.


Going abroad along the way to gain additional growth points. At present, China's independent intellectual property rights of "Hualong No. 1" nuclear power technology has become increasingly mature, and the national one-way and one-belt policy has provided sufficient conditions for nuclear power technology to go abroad. Before 2020, the total investment in nuclear power equipment will be more than 300 billion yuan.


Assuming that all nuclear power units currently under construction are completed and delivered by 2020, half of the units that will start in the next 3 to 4 years will be delivered. At the same time, assuming that the average unit price of CPR1000 and AP1000 is 140 million yuan per kilowatt and the equipment investment accounts for 50% of the total investment, the total investment in nuclear power equipment will now reach 332 billion yuan from now to 2020.


Investment in the nuclear power sector focuses more on theme investments. We expect that the next two years will still be a period of intensive release of nuclear power related policies or other information, and the theme of nuclear power investment opportunities will continue.
