On the morning of September 1, 2017, the closing ceremony for the new employees of Wanna Shenhe Group Qinshan Nuclear Power Base was successfully held at Wanna Shenhe Holding Group Co., Ltd. Qinshan Base.

He Haisheng, the manager of the engineering management department, the teacher on behalf of the teacher Zhang Yanan, Xu Yamin and Shen Tao from the technical department and 30 students attended the ceremony.

The 30 trainees were selected from multiple rounds of interviews in Changsha Electric Power, Chongqing Electric Power, Kaifeng University, Northeastern University and other universities. The training started from June 3 to August 31 and ended successfully. During this period, new employees learned basic knowledge about nuclear power, including: basic courses such as radiation protection, industrial safety, quality assurance, emergency management, fire protection, maintenance site management, and professional courses such as machinery, electrical, and instrumentation.

At the ceremony, Manager He Haisheng first summarized the three-month learning situation to the students present, and praised some of the outstanding students. The purpose of this training was introduced, "Shushan has road work as a path, and learning the sea without cliffs." It requires everyone to study hard and lay a solid foundation for entering the team.

The representative of the teacher Zhang Jianan gave a speech at the closing ceremony. First, he summarized the study and examination of several professional courses, and praised some students and outstanding class cadres for their outstanding learning. Special praise was given to the class leader Zhang Kaifeng for his outstanding management and academic performance. Encourage some students who do not have satisfactory test results. Finally, as an older generation of nuclear power workers, trainees were encouraged to dedicate themselves to the nuclear power cause of the motherland.

Finally, He Haisheng, the manager of the engineering department, and Zhang Yanan, the teacher, presented awards to the students who won the titles of outstanding and outstanding cadres. This time, a total of 2 outstanding cadres and 10 outstanding students were selected and commemorated.
