First, a speech from the leader of the Haiyan County Government and pointed out: In the past 2016, the four traditional industries (fasteners, textiles, apparel, Paper and paper products, food and medicine) achieved industrial output value of 23.39 billion yuan on a large scale, an increase of 4.6% year-on-year, accounting for 35.7% of the county's industrial output value; five major emerging industries (lingang industry, nuclear power related, equipment manufacturing, energy saving and environmental protection) (Information intelligence) is to absorb industrial output value of 37.10 billion yuan on regulations, an increase of 10.3% year-on-year, accounting for 56.5% of the county's industrial output value on regulations. The total amount and growth rate of emerging industries have kept distance from traditional industries, and Haiyan County's industrial development has achieved fruitful results.
