Hainan D101 overhaul staff successfully launched

发布日期:2019-12-12

Spring returned, fresh starts for everything. On this occasion, the overhaul project of the cooperation between our company and Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power Plant is about to usher in the first overhaul. This overhaul is the first comprehensive overhaul of Hainan Nuclear Power since it was connected to the grid in 2015, and its significance is more important than ever. Therefore, this overhaul has received great attention from the nuclear power owners and our leadership. The personnel involved in this overhaul were carefully selected through the professional evaluation of the Hainan owner and our company, and selected from more than a hundred candidates. Majors include document assistant, electrical inspection, mechanical inspection, instrument inspection, safety supervision and foreign object management. In staffing, there are not only the backbones with many overhaul experiences, but also the freshmen with professional knowledge. In response to the requirements of each post of this overhaul, the company arranged employees to conduct professional skills theory and practical training before taking up their posts. At the same time, Hainan Nuclear Power dispatched a professional instructor to Kaifeng to conduct safety authorization training for this batch of employees. After a week of training, our employees successfully passed the assessment, and the pass rate reached 98.2%. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth progress of this overhaul, before the employees set off, Kaifeng Company again arranged the employees to focus on safety training, with special emphasis on production safety discipline, hoping that employees can be "minded and orderly."

Most of the people in this overhaul set off from Kaifeng to Hainan. Because it coincides with the New Year's Day and the tourist season in Hainan, the traffic to the island is very tight. In order to ensure that employees can arrive on time, the group leaders decided to study and rushed to Hainan by plane. To this end, Kaifeng Company actively contacted the airlines to centrally purchase air tickets for all employees. On January 1st, Kaifeng Company arranged a bus to organize employees to take a concentrated ride, and company leaders Chen Yuewen and Sun Guohua led the team to the airport. However, due to the red fog warning at Xinzheng Airport that day, the flight was delayed. The flight originally scheduled for 21:00 on January 1 was not able to sail until 12:00 the next day. As of 21:00 on the 2nd all staff members arrived. During this period, our employees showed good organizational discipline. In the case that the original travel plan, transportation and shuttle vehicles needed to be re-arranged, everyone had organized the audience in an orderly manner. The overhaul staff and the company also affected the heart of the company. Kaifeng Company President Chen personally delivered the flight, and the leader of the overhaul Zuo Peng led the team, and reported the dynamics to the group leadership from time to time. With the concerted efforts of everyone, the employees arrived safely at the project site.

Although going through some twists and turns, in the process, the company united as a whole and made this hard work to understand and tolerate warmly. I wish everyone to continue to carry forward this spirit of sincere cooperation in the work and create a new Wanna brilliant.
