---- Written at the end of T207 overhaul of Jiangsu Nuclear Power (Tianwan Nuclear Power Station)
From March 23, 2014 to the present, the seventh shutdown of the nuclear power plant (Tianwan Nuclear Power Station) Unit 2 (T207 overhaul) has been basically completed. Our company sent a total of 119 technicians to participate in the shutdown and refueling maintenance work, including 35 lifting (traveling) technicians, 71 mechanical maintenance technicians, and 13 electrical instrumentation control technicians. In order to cope with this overhaul, our company carefully organized, rationalized planning, and actively cooperated to successfully complete various tasks within the prescribed time.
1. The lifting team cooperated with the employer to complete the lifting of the nuclear island core and nuclear reactor, the original assembly of the main control components, and the large-scale transportation of the nuclear island.
2. The pipe valve team cooperated with the employer to inspect and repair the pilot valve of the main steam valve station, the pressure regulator safety valve in the nuclear island, the waste heat derivation valve, and the low and low water level valve of the primary circuit. In addition, the steam turbine plant was also completed. Valve maintenance and secondary discharge verification.
3. The container class cooperates with the labor unit in conducting inspections, disassembly, overhauls, and blocking operations of the nuclear island steam generator containers.
4. The reactor body team cooperated with the labor unit to perform the disassembly and assembly of the main control components of the nuclear island core, and the disassembly and assembly of the reactor duct.
5. The main pump class was responsible for the replacement of the lubricating oil of the eight main pumps of the nuclear island (pure manual operation) and the dismantling and overhaul of the nuclear island main pump.
6. Electrical maintenance technicians completed the maintenance and maintenance of high and low voltage electrical equipment, and cooperated with the commissioning of relay protection equipment.
7. Instrumentation control technicians participated in the maintenance and automatic control upgrade of nuclear island instrumentation and control equipment.
