May 25th Morning: 9: 00-12: 00 Professional Project Management and Practice
The "Professional Project Management and Practice" subjects are divided into six majors: construction engineering, highway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, municipal public works, mining engineering and mechanical and electrical engineering. Candidates can choose one of the professional subjects according to their respective work.
Second, the question type and answer requirements. The question types of the two subjects of "Construction Management" and "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge" are objective questions. Use a 2B pencil to fill in and answer on the answer card. The "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" subjects consist of subjective and objective questions. Objective questions are answered with a 2B pencil on the answer sheet, and subjective questions are answered with a black ink pen on a dedicated answer sheet.
Candidates are required to bring a black ink pen, 2B pencil, eraser, roll (sharpener) sharpener and calculator (free of charge, silent, no text editing and storage functions) when taking the test. The test papers of each subject can be used as draft papers. After the test, the papers will not be issued.
3. Conditions for registration and obtaining a certificate. For the application conditions, please refer to the "Application Conditions" column on the homepage of Zhejiang Personnel Examination Network. Those who take all three subject examinations must pass the examinations for all subjects within two consecutive examination years; those who meet the requirements for exempting some subjects must pass the examinations for the examination subjects within that year in order to obtain the second-level construction engineer qualification certificate .
For those who have obtained the qualification certificate of the second-level construction engineer of a certain profession, they can choose one of the other six major subjects in the "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" to register for the exam according to the actual work requirements. 4. Registration procedures and requirements. In 2014, the second-level construction engineer qualification examination is implemented by online registration and payment. After the examination, the qualification examination method (including the new and old candidates) of the applicants who have achieved the full standard scores within the validity period will not be confirmed on-site before the examination. Candidates log in to the Zhejiang Personnel Examination Network (website: www.zjks.com) from February 17th to March 8th for online registration and payment. When registering, candidates should fill in the "Registration Form" truthfully after making a promise of authenticity according to the requirements of the registration system process, and upload photos of electronic certificates at the same time. In 2013, candidates who took the exam and passed some subjects were registered as old candidates, and all other candidates were registered as new candidates. Candidates who have paid fees online can log in to the Zhejiang Personnel Examination Network from May 21st to 23rd to download and print materials such as the "admission ticket" and take the exam at the prescribed time, place and requirements. 5. Certificate issuance. Candidates who pass all examination subjects within the validity period and pass the post-examination qualification examination will be issued a qualification certificate. Candidates who do not meet the requirements or fail to conduct post-examination examinations within the required time will have invalid exam results and will not be issued with relevant certificates.
6. Test center setting and test fees. In 2014, the second-level construction division qualification examination was conducted and implemented by the Municipal Personnel Examination Office. The test center was located in Jiaxing City.
According to the provisions of the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Price Bureau Zhecai Zongzi [2006] No. 141, the examination fee standards: "Construction Engineering Construction Management", "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge" is 45 yuan per person per subject; "Professional Engineering" "Management and Practice" is 70 yuan per person. Post-examination review of the 2014 second-tier construction qualification examination
Requirements for submitting materials
Candidates who pass all subjects within the validity period must submit the following materials:
1. One copy of the "Entry Form for the 2014 Grade Two Architect Qualification Examination" (reviewed by the unit and stamped with the unit's official seal and the candidate's signature).
2. The original certificate of the number of years of work management of the construction project issued by the unit.
3. One original and photocopy of my identity card (military officer's certificate) and academic certificate (bit) [obtained outside the country (foreign), subject to the approval of the education administration department of the State Council].
4. Candidates who have graduated from non-engineering or non-engineering economics majors must also provide one original and photocopy of the engineering or engineering economics professional and technical qualification certificate, job appointment letter.
5. Candidates applying for exemption from some subjects must also submit original certificates and photocopies that meet the requirements for exemption from some subjects.
6. Candidates applying for the corresponding professional examinations must also submit one original and one copy of each professional secondary construction engineer's qualification certificate.
If the above attached documents involve originals and photocopies, the originals will be returned after review and the photocopies will be made on A4 paper. Incomplete materials will not be reviewed.
Candidates are responsible for the authenticity and validity of the qualifications and academic qualifications submitted. If you submit false, invalid qualifications or academic qualifications, once you find that you have canceled the test results, you will not be issued a qualification certificate. If the circumstances are serious, you will not be allowed to take the professional and technical personnel qualification examination within two years.
Conditions for applying for the qualification examination of second-tier construction division
First, the application conditions. Anyone who complies with the law and has one of the following conditions can register for the second-tier construction engineer qualification examination:
1. Obtain a technical secondary school or above degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for at least 2 years;
2. Those who have obtained a non-engineering or non-engineering economic secondary technical education or above, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for at least two years, and have been employed as engineering or engineering economics professional technical personnel.
2. Exemptions for some subjects. Those who have obtained the qualification of second-level project manager of building construction and above certificates who meet the application requirements and meet one of the following conditions may apply for exemption from some subjects:
1. Have intermediate or above engineering or engineering economic professional and technical qualifications, and have engaged in construction project construction management for 15 years, can be exempted from the subject of "construction engineering construction management" subjects, only need to participate in "construction engineering regulations and related knowledge" and "professional engineering" Management and Practice "2 subjects examination;
2. 3. Calculation of professional working years. The time limit involved in the application conditions is calculated to the end of the year of application.
