On October 1, 2015, with the smooth dismantling of Unit 1 of Fuqing Nuclear Power, the first revision of the first unit shutdown and refueling of Fuqing Nuclear Power, which our company participated in, began. A total of 371 people from our company participated in this overhaul, including related posts such as inspection and maintenance of electromechanical equipment, lifting, driving, driving command, warehouse management, tool library management, and operation auxiliary management.


In this overhaul, the mechanical, electrical, instrument inspection and maintenance positions are our independent bidding contract projects. Facing the high starting point and strict requirements of the owner of Fuqing Nuclear Power, our company has carefully prepared various tasks since winning the bid in July. Make reasonable arrangements for the deployment of personnel at various branches, and select employees with many years of equipment inspection and maintenance experience from current projects such as Qinshan Nuclear Power, Jiangsu Nuclear Power, and Hainan Nuclear Power to participate in this work. And on September 20, the 101 overhaul mobilization meeting was held in Fuqing. The company's chairman and general manager Li Yongxian made a general mobilization for this overhaul, and put forward the corresponding work requirements and work goals for those who participated in the overhaul, in order to better Complete the overhaul task.


According to the enterprise management system and the requirements of the main owner unit, before the project started, our company formulated a company-level emergency plan for the 101 overhaul of Fuqing Nuclear Power, established an emergency leadership group and organization, clarified the organizational contact and emergency contact, and formulated The corresponding emergency plan effectively guarantees the project's ability to respond to emergencies.


On September 29th and September 30th, the company's Engineering Management Department, Technology Department and Quality Assurance Department carried out second-level and third-level safety education for all overhaul personnel. The courses involved are: project safety management specifications, employee safety rules, etc. And the old employees will tell the safety examples to give feedback to the project staff, improve safety awareness, and protect the life and health of employees. During the project implementation process, regular meetings of project managers are held to emphasize the importance of safety and quality to prevent incidents that endanger employees' lives and equipment.


According to the job requirements and the specific situation of the project personnel, our company divides the staff into different classes, and sets up a special group in the class with more staff, and sets up a special group leader to better complete various tasks.


Mechanical maintenance personnel are divided into one shift (mainly for the maintenance of main pumps and various types of water pumps on site), two shifts (mainly for steam turbine maintenance), three shifts (mainly for on-site diesel and fan maintenance), and one static machine ( Mainly carry out the maintenance of the reactor body), the second group of static machines (mainly for valve maintenance), the third group of static machines (mainly for container maintenance), six teams work, and a total of 465 related work packages were completed during the overhaul.


The electrical maintenance major is divided into three classes: low-voltage class (mainly for the maintenance of various temporary power sources inside and outside the nuclear island and the low-voltage power distribution cabinets), high-voltage class (mainly for the maintenance of factory transformers and some main transformer equipment), and relay maintenance classes (Mainly for various types of protection and verification of electrical equipment in the plant), a total of 314 work packages of various types were completed during the overhaul.


Instrument control maintenance is divided into one automatic control class, one instrument class, and two instrument classes, involving more than 100 work orders such as RIC system, RPN system, KCS system, RGL system, KDO system, KME system, KCP system, RRI system, RCP system, etc. Related work, completed 206 kinds of work packages in three months of overhaul time.


In addition, the company also specially equipped 10 overhaul lifting personnel to assist the daily lifting operators to complete the lifting, driving, command line, fuel operation and other tasks during the 101 overhaul. During the overhaul period, lifting operators completed a total of 435 work tickets, and the safety rate reached 100%.


In other positions, our company's Fuqing Nuclear Power Storage Project Department and Tool Library Project Department also responded positively and worked hard to cooperate with all fraternal units to complete this overhaul. In the past three months, the storage project staff handled 195 warehouses. LOT package, received more than 3,000 spare parts (times), handled 216 LOT packages out of the warehouse, issued 4,205 spare parts (times), participated in equipment acceptance 235 batches, totaling 389 items (4368 pieces / sets) in the warehouse. The staff of the machine tool project completed the receipt and distribution of more than 20,000 professional tools and the maintenance of more than 2,000 tools, and achieved no errors and no misses, with an accuracy rate of 100%. Greatly guaranteed the supply and management of materials and tools for the 101 overhaul.


After 88 days of hard work, on December 28, 2015, Fuqing Nuclear Power Unit 1 was successfully connected to the grid, and the material replacement and overhaul work basically ended. This overhaul has a long time span, many major overhaul items, and a wide range of operations. It is also the first time that our company has independently completed the overhaul of the electromechanical instrument of Fuqing Nuclear Power, which is an exercise opportunity for our managers and field staff. During this overhaul, our company has been strengthening management, requiring employees to correct their work attitude, pay attention to the quality of work and operation safety, show their skills, and make unremitting efforts to successfully complete the overhaul of Fuqing Nuclear Power 101 overhaul.
