     Recently, the Ministry of Natural Resources of Canada announced that Canada, the United States and Mexico have recently signed a memorandum of understanding on climate change and energy cooperation in Winnipeg, Canada, aimed at strengthening energy cooperation among the three countries.


The plutonium memorandum was signed at the meeting of energy ministers of the three countries. According to the memorandum, the three countries will strengthen cooperation and information sharing in key areas such as low-carbon electricity, clean energy technology, energy efficiency, and adaptation to climate change, in order to achieve the purpose of sustainable environmental and economic development in North America.


At the meeting, the energy ministers of the three countries also opened the first network information platform in North America on energy production and infrastructure construction.
