China issues new version of Nuclear Export Control List

Recently, in accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Nuclear Export Control, the National Atomic Energy Agency, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued a newly revised Nuclear Export Control List, which will be implemented from January 1, 2016. .
Compared with the Nuclear Export Control List of 2001, the revised Nuclear Export Control List fully absorbed the latest research results of global nuclear export control experts, further clarified the scope of nuclear export control, increased 15 controls, adjusted 17 parameters, 3 items to reduce duplicate content.
This revision work is of great significance for continuously improving China's nuclear export control system, responding to the development of nuclear energy undertakings at home and abroad, and to prevent changes in the nuclear proliferation situation.
