Three years later, with only two places, he stood out and was recommended to work in the Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant.
Overhauled more than 30 times, no mistakes in work
When he first entered the factory, Zhu Guoqun was a small follower who was responsible for screwing and handing the wrench. But Zhu Guoqun was not willing to be in such a state. He said that all his predecessors were his masters. He learned to repair valves and various machinery during observation. Two years later, Zhu Guoqun successfully passed the examination of the person in charge and was able to stir up the girders. He was engaged in Qinshan nuclear power reactor body maintenance, nuclear fuel loading and unloading transfer system equipment maintenance, and lifting equipment maintenance management.
For more than ten years, Zhu Guoqun has participated in overhauls of nuclear power plant units more than 30 times, and has made no mistakes in his work. Such achievements are inseparable from his hard work and learning.

The drawing machine imported from Japan is an important equipment during overhaul. The company specially invited Japanese experts to maintain the machine. Zhu Guoqun seized the opportunity to learn from Japanese experts. How to maintain, how to repair, Zhu Guoqun humbly asked Japanese experts for all the details and structure of the stretcher. After translating, Zhu Guoqun spent half a month to finally figure out the stretcher.
Two years later, Zhu Guoqun used "listen" to break down the problem of the stretching machine. During a major repair, the main bolt of the pressure vessel suddenly slipped and could not be screwed in during tension. Zhu Guoqun listened with a side ear, and decisively determined that the air motor connection key was broken. Later, during the disassembly inspection of the stretching machine, Zhu Guoqun's judgment was verified.

In 2017, Zhu Guoqun won the first place in the Jiaxing Vocational Skills Competition. He controlled the error to 0.03 millimeters, which is almost a third of the accuracy of a hair.
The competition requires that within 6 hours, a piece of A3 steel with a file and a saw be turned into an irregular small part that is half the size of a mobile phone.
