For example: when suffering from the "back shoulders" of the bad person, you need to quickly turn around, hit the bad person's head with a bag, divert their attention, and then quickly raise the leg before kicking; Face; when encountering "positive throat locking", rely on the forearms of both hands to quickly open the criminal's arm and quickly insert his eyes. Although they haven't received any special training before, everyone has carefully followed the requirements of the coach, studied carefully, and completed every action perfectly.
