Jingyang in June, the fire is not yet. In the days when the project department is as hot as the weather, our Tianwan BOP commissioning project department has ushered in a joint inspection team organized by the company. On June 27-28, 2017, the group company organized a joint inspection of the quality assurance and safety of the BOP instrument control commissioning project of Tianwan Nuclear Power Units 3 and 4. The joint inspection was led by Deputy General Manager Wang Zhaorui of the group company, and the participants were composed of Manager Tian Haiming and Yuan Huan.
Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant Unit 3 and 4 Unit BOP Instrumentation Control Commissioning Support Service Projects Mid- and long-term technical service projects (hereinafter referred to as “BOP Projects”) are mainly responsible for the Tianwan Nuclear Plant Unit 3/4 Unit BOP instrumentation control systems / equipment Commissioning and maintenance of heavy equipment with instrument control system). The project department has a total of 14 employees, and the project manager Li Guowei is divided into a BOP group, an instrumentation control group and an electrical group, and is equipped with a part-time safety officer.
This time, the company mainly inspected the safety production procedures, project management procedures, and the effectiveness of the QHSE system operation in our project department. Wang Zhaorui, deputy general manager of the group company, Tian Haiming manager, and Yuan Huan provided the Many valuable opinions, President Wang pointed out in the meeting before the project inspection to strengthen the company's project department's production safety management, improve emergency handling procedures, and standardized programmatic project management system.
This audit put forward two Observation Opinions (OBN) to our project department and suggested one rectification item.
Finally, my project department is very grateful for the joint audit conducted by the company's leadership organization. The staff of the project department deeply felt that the company leaders attached great importance to the safety production of the project department and cared about their employees. Our project department will make rectifications in a timely manner and organize employees to study and implement the opinions of the company's leaders in accordance with the recommendations made in this audit.
