At 20:23 on December 10, China Nuclear Power's Fangjiashan Nuclear Power Unit 1 was successfully connected to the grid, marking the end of the first refuelling and overhaul of the unit.
The overhaul lasted a total of 56.7 days and completed a total of 7,726 items of work. On the basis of the completion of major in-service inspections of the reactor pressure vessel, the primary hydraulic pressure test, and the overall pressure test of the containment, all 6KV electrical installations were also performed. Preventive inspection of the cabinet, software optimization and upgrade of the 1E class DCS, inspection, modification and test of the main pump mechanical seal replacement.
In order to cooperate with CNNC Nuclear Power Operation Management Co., Ltd. to do this overhaul, our company has carefully selected and dispatched a total of more than 70 people to participate in mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, instrument maintenance, lifting command (sorrow) and other related positions. Stationed from the beginning of the overhaul until the end of the overhaul and successful grid connection. In the work, we can cooperate closely with various cooperation units, and no safety accident has occurred. We have successfully completed various overhaul tasks and laid a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of the unit in the next cycle. After the overhaul, they will continue to complete the annual overhaul of Fangjiashan Unit 2.
