When the project department was established, it set up reasonable work positions and staff according to the requirements of project quality and safety, and set a strictly controllable quality management policy, safety management policy, maintenance quality goals, safety management goals, and progress. A series of management procedures related to work, such as control objectives, are to be implemented in the work.

Since the start of the project, all the staff of the project department have devoted themselves to abandoning food and sleep, fighting the heat of the summer, fighting high temperatures, working and studying. In just a few months, they have overcome difficulties and completed one task after another. As of July 25, the project department has completed more than 2,000 votes for related work, including more than 1,200 votes for machinery, more than 450 votes for electricity, and more than 350 votes for instrument control. The timely and effective completion of the work laid a solid foundation for the commissioning of Hainan Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1 and 2 of China Nuclear Engineering Corporation.
