On the morning of March 7, 2016, the opening ceremony of the new employee training for Wanna Shenhe Group Qinshan Nuclear Power Base was successfully held in Jiaxing Science and Technology Park, Shanghai Jiaotong University.
More than 80 leaders and teacher representatives and trainees from relevant functional departments including Wang Chaorui, deputy general manager and manager of the technical department of the group company, He Haisheng, manager of the engineering management department, and Zhu Pingyan, deputy manager of the personnel department attended the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was chaired by Zhang Ting, director of the personnel department.
At the ceremony, Manager He Haisheng first introduced the basic situation of the company to the participants, and also read out the purpose, time, courses, examination methods of the training, and asked everyone to study hard and complete the training successfully.

It is reported that the training will be held from March 7 to April 30. During this period, new employees will learn basic knowledge about nuclear power, including: radiation protection, industrial safety, quality assurance, emergency management, fire protection, maintenance site management and machinery, electrical, instrumentation, nuclear power operation and other courses. After the training course is completed during this period, all employees participating in the training will also be transferred back to Haiyan Qinshan Nuclear Power Base for further in-depth professional training.
