After arriving at Haiyan, everyone first visited the Qinshan Phase II and Phase III nuclear power plants. Chairman Li Yongxian introduced the basic situation of the nuclear power plant: Qinshan Phase II nuclear power plant uses today's mature, safe and reliable pressurized water reactor type in the world. According to the international advanced pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant requirements in the 1990s, many major innovations have been made in the safety and performance of nuclear power plants, such as core design and safety system design. Qinshan Phase III (Heavy Water Reactor) is China's first commercial heavy water reactor nuclear power plant, and the largest project to date between China and Canada. From the explanation by President Li, everyone also learned that Wanna Group has more than 1,400 employees serving various positions in Qinshan Nuclear Power alone, and that key technologies and nuclear fuel operation technologies are only available to private enterprises in Wanna Group. There are currently no more than three nuclear fuel operation qualifications in China (the highest authorization for nuclear power operations). After the visit to the nuclear power plant, everyone visited the Qinshan Nuclear Power Science and Technology Museum and the living room of the Qinshan Nuclear Power Provincial CPPCC Committee. The interpreter led everyone to visit 13 exhibition halls including China's nuclear power road, nuclear power plant exploration, nuclear safety and environmental protection, nuclear power plant interaction, nuclear harmonious homeland, etc., which not only demonstrated the development history and brilliant achievements of China's nuclear power industry, but also demonstrated the complete nuclear power industry.
