According to reports, at the large summer job fair held in Haiyan on July 12, more than 20 nuclear power related companies such as Wanna Shenhe, Jiale Keyi, Zhongda Special Steel, Hailian Saw Industry, and Haizhong Heavy Industry all appeared in Venue. "Because of the industrial agglomeration of China Nuclear Power City, there are now 76 Haiyan nuclear power affiliated companies, and many first-class companies are expected to settle down, which will bring a huge employment growth point." The person in charge of the County Nuclear Construction Office said.


Li Yongxian, chairman of Zhejiang Wanna Shenhe Electromechanical Engineering Co., Ltd., told reporters that the company currently employs nearly 1,700 people in salt, of which 70% are Haiyan people, including Xinhai people who have settled in Haiyan, only 30%. Employees are recruited in cities outside the county, and now the age level of enterprise employees is becoming younger.

Compared with the traditional manufacturing industry, the nuclear-related industry has a relatively high level of technology, which provides a working platform for young people with higher education qualifications, which is conducive to retaining talents, and is also attractive to external talents.
